yeah as already stated this is more a quest test ground then a playable scenario.
that being said, all the points you guys mentioned are a great help and definitly things i will have to keep in mind when diving into the more playable scenarios.
the base is set to player now and i set everything to public just in case. so this should be fixed now. as for the seed, i tried the same seed and the starting base was spawned normal. so not sure what excatly you meant with "too high".
