Touro Assembly Instructions
Please look at the diagram below and read all the instructions through first before performing these actions:

  1. Before beginning assembly, make sure that you have all seven parts of your miniature as in the diagram. If you do not have all seven parts, or the parts are defective, please contact us at team(at)stellarjockeys(dot)com with your 4-digit order number and where possible include pictures.
  2. Inspect each of the seven parts for any excess bits of pewter material or mold lines.
  3. Carefully use the hobby knife or nail clippers to scrape or snip off excess bits of pewter material.
  4. Use a needle file to gently polish away mold lines.
  5. Gently wash and dry all parts with warm soapy water to remove any excess mold release powder and other detritus.
  6. Collect parts 1, 2 and 3 and refer to the diagram above for correct orientation of each part before proceeding. Be sure to know which way faces forward for part 3.
  7. Open your tube of super glue.
  8. While holding the Pelvic Drive Unit (part 3) in one hand, apply a small dab of superglue to the right-hand joint with the other hand.
  9. Take the Right Drive Leg (part 1) and insert the socket of the leg onto the corresponding joint on the Pelvic Drive Unit.
  10. Hold both parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  11. Apply a small dab of superglue to the left-hand-joint of the Pelvic Drive Unit and take the Left Drive Leg (part 2) and insert the socket of the leg onto the corresponding joint.
  12. Hold the parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  13. With parts 1, 2 and 3 glued together, set them aside for the time being.
  14. Collect parts 4 and 5 and refer to the diagram above for correct orientation before proceeding.
  15. Check that the Stowage Rack (part 5) can slide neatly into the rear of the Upper Hull (part 4) and to see where the parts are making contact.

Arlo Assembly Instructions
WARNING: THIS IS A COMPLICATED MODEL THAT MAY REQUIRE MANIPULATION AND TRIMMING OF SEVERAL PIECES TO ASSEMBLE

Please look at the diagram below and read all the instructions through first before performing these actions

N.B. Arlo pack parts checklist:

AGRAV DRIVE RING
LOWER HULL
UPPER HULL
LOCKDOWN 15MM ESD MACHINE GUN
JERICHO 60MM VORTEX CANNON
(OPTIONAL) DISPLAY STAND PEG
  1. Before beginning assembly, make sure that you have all six parts of your miniature as in the diagram. If you do not have all six parts, or the parts are defective, please contact us at team(at)stellarjockeys(dot)com with your 4-digit order number and where possible include pictures of the parts and of the barcode on the packaging.
  2. Inspect each of the six parts for any excess bits of pewter material or mold lines.
  3. Carefully use the hobby knife or nail clippers to scrape or snip off excess bits of pewter material.
  4. Use a needle file to gently polish away mold lines.
  5. Gently wash and dry all parts with warm soapy water to remove any excess mold release powder and other detritus.
  6. Collect parts 1, 2, 3 and 5 and refer to the diagram above for correct orientation of each part before proceeding. Be sure to know which way faces forward for part 2. Note also that the Jericho (part 5) is to be sandwiched between part 1 and part 2.
  7. Attempt to “slot” part 5 into the intended position on the Lower Hull (part 2) as indicated on the diagram above.
  8. If there is excess material in the slot or slight deformation of the cannon that causes the weapon to not sit inside the slot or be sandwiched neatly between both hull parts, you can either attempt to scrape the inside of the slot with a hobby knife and/or use a needle file to file away any excess pewter from the weapon. Once the weapon can sit neatly sandwiched between the Lower Hull and the Antigravity Drive Ring, proceed to the next step.
  9. The most complicated part of this assembly is getting the Lower Hull to fit within the Ring. Due to both the shape of part 1 and the spin casting process (wherein cooling pewter metal parts are removed from a mold) it is likely that the “struts” inside the ring will have sunk slightly. As shown in the image below, the struts are no longer parallel, meaning the lower hull cannot slide into position.
  10. If the struts on your model have deformed in a similar fashion, then there are a couple of ways to address this. One method is to use shears to remove enough material from the Lower Hull so that it can slot into place. Another method is to physically push the struts upwards so they end up in a parallel position either by hand, or by holding the ring in one hand and using a tool like a closed pair of needle nose pliers in the other hand and pushing the nose through the space within the ring. Please note that with the latter method you do risk deforming the circular shape of the ring, but also note that pewter is a much tougher and more malleable material than resin or plastic. If either part is severely deformed, please reach out to us via email and be sure to include pictures of the model parts.
  11. Once the Lower Hull (part 2) can be settled into the Antigravity Drive Ring (part 1), first superglue the Jericho (part 5) under part 2 as in the diagram.
  12. Hold both parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  13. Apply a small dab of superglue to where part 2 makes contact with the Antigravity Drive Ring (part 3).
  14. Hold both parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  15. With parts 1, 2 and 5 successfully glued together, superglue the Upper Hull (part 3) on top of part 2. Hold the parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  16. Collect the other weapon (part 4) and attempt to insert into the top of the Upper Hull (part 3). If there is excess material in the slot on the hull or slight deformation of the small weapon’s “tab” that causes the weapon to not sit inside the slot , you can either attempt to scrape the inside of the slot with a hobby knife and/or use a needle file to file away any excess pewter from the weapon.
  17. Apply a small dab of superglue to the small weapon’s “tab”, insert it into the top of the Upper Hull (part 3) and hold it in place for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  18. Your Arlo is now assembled - though if you wish to glue the model onto a base of your choosing, you should attach the optional Display Peg (part 6) onto the model with superglue first.
  19. The Display Peg should slot into a circular space underneath the Lower Hull which is found just behind the Jericho cannon. If there is excess material in the slot or the peg is slightly deformed, attempt to scrape away any excess pewter in the slot or on the peg.
  20. With all parts assembled, your Arlo is ready to either be glued onto a base of your choosing, or be undercoated and painted.

  1. Before beginning assembly, make sure that you have all thirty-eight parts of the pack as in the checklist above. If you do not have all of your parts, or the parts are defective, please contact us at team(at)stellarjockeys(dot)com with your 4-digit order number and where possible include pictures of the parts and of the barcode on the packaging.
  2. Inspect each of the parts for any excess bits of pewter material or mold lines.
  3. Carefully use the hobby knife or nail clippers to scrape or snip off excess bits of pewter material.
  4. Use a needle file to gently polish away mold lines.
  5. Gently wash and dry all parts with warm soapy water to remove any excess mold release powder and other detritus.
  6. For the Troubadour collect parts 1, 2 and 3 and refer to the diagram above for correct orientation of each part before proceeding. Be sure to know which way faces forward for part 2.
  7. Open your tube of super glue.
  8. While holding the Troubadour (part 3) in one hand, apply a small dab of superglue to the underside of the NEP Infantry (part 1).
  9. Hold both parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  10. Note the correct orientation of the Gun Mount (part 2) - the two weapon slots should be on top
  11. Apply a small dab of superglue to the underside of the Gun Mount (part 2) and place it on top of the Troubadour (part 3) as indicated by the white line on the diagram above.
  12. Hold the parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  13. With parts 1, 2 and 3 glued together, choose which two weapons you wish to place in the gun bracket - there is a hardpoint for one heavy weapon (A1, A2 or A3) and one small weapon (B1, B2, B3, B4, B5 or B6).
  14. The heavy weapon will occupy the large slot and the small weapon will occupy the small slot on the bracket.
  15. For either weapon, first attempt to “slot” it onto the weapon bracket to see how the weapon should sit.
  16. If there is excess material in the slot or slight deformation of the weapon that causes the weapon to not sit inside the slot, you can either attempt to scrape the inside of the slot with a hobby knife and/or use a needle file to file away any excess pewter from the weapon. Once the weapons can sit neatly in their intended positions, proceed to the next step.
  17. Apply a small dab of superglue to the underside of a weapon and insert it into its corresponding slot on the weapon bracket.
  18. Hold both parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  19. Repeat the previous two steps for the other weapon.
  20. Your Troubadour is now fully assembled and ready to either be glued onto a base of your choosing, or be undercoated and painted.

  9. Remove part 2, and apply dabs of superglue to the spots where both parts make contact.
  10. Hold both parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  11. Note the correct orientation of the PB Turret (part 3).
  12. Apply a small dab of superglue to the underside of the turret (part 3) and place it on top of the Outrigger Frame (part 2) as indicated by the white line on the diagram above.
  13. Hold the parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  14. With parts 1, 2 and 3 glued together, choose which two weapons you wish to place in the turret - there is a hardpoint for one turret weapon (A1 or A2) and one small weapon (B1, B2, B3, B4, B5 or B6).
  15. The turret weapon will occupy the circular slot and the small weapon will occupy the small rectangular slot on the turret.
  16. For either weapon, first attempt to “slot” it onto the turret to see how the weapon should sit.
  18. Apply a small dab of superglue to the underside of a weapon and insert it into its corresponding slot on the weapon bracket.
  19. Hold both parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  20. Repeat the previous two steps for the other weapon.
  21. Your Pantry Boy is now fully assembled and ready to either be glued onto a base of your choosing, or be undercoated and painted.

Treehouse Assembly Instructions pt. 1
WARNING: THIS IS A *VERY* COMPLICATED MODEL THAT MAY REQUIRE MANIPULATION AND TRIMMING OF SEVERAL PIECES TO ASSEMBLE
Please look at the diagram below and read all the instructions through first before performing these actions

N.B. The Treehouse is made up of 42 individual parts, please refer to this exploded diagram after opening your packaging
  1. Before beginning assembly, make sure that you have all forty-two parts of your miniature as in the diagram above. If you do not have all forty-two parts, or the parts are defective, please contact us at team(at)stellarjockeys(dot)com with your 4-digit order number and where possible include pictures of the parts and of the barcode on the packaging.
  2. Inspect every part for any excess bits of pewter material or mold lines.
  3. Carefully use the hobby knife or nail clippers to scrape or snip off excess bits of pewter material.
  4. Use a needle file to gently polish away mold lines.
  5. Gently wash and dry all parts with warm soapy water to remove any excess mold release powder and other detritus.
Given the complexity of this build, we will be doing it a section at a time, with nine sections total. For additional reference, here is a rotating gif of an assembled Treehouse[i.imgur.com]. Be sure to take your time with this model - if parts have ended up superglued together improperly, you can place your model in a bag and then put it in the freezer for a couple of hours to weaken the glue’s bond.

SIDE ARMOR ASSEMBLY
  1. Collect parts 1, 2 and 3 and refer to the diagram above for the correct orientation of each part before proceeding.
  2. First attempt to place parts 1 and 2 onto their respective spots on part 3.
  3. If there is excess material in the slot on any of the parts or slight deformation of the mounting points on part 3, you can either attempt to scrape the inside of the slot with a hobby knife and/or use a needle file to file away any excess pewter.
  4. Superglue part 1 onto part 3 first.
  5. Hold both parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  6. Superglue part 2 onto part 3.
  7. Hold the parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  8. The Side Armor Assembly is complete and will be used later in Step Three, so set it aside for now.

CENTRAL TOWER
  1. Collect parts 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 and refer to the diagram above for the correct orientation of each part before proceeding.
  2. First attempt to hold parts 7 and 8 together so that they are flush.
  3. If there is excess material on any of the parts or slight deformation, attempt to use a needle file to file away any excess pewter.
  4. Superglue part 7 onto part 8.
  5. Hold both parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  6. Inspect where parts 4 and 5 make contact both with each other and on part 7, making sure that the gap for part 6 is visible.
  7. Check that part 6 can slot into the weapon slot on the front of the Central Tower. If there is excess material in the slot on the tower or slight deformation of the weapon’s “tab” that causes the weapon to not sit inside the slot, you can either attempt to scrape the inside of the slot with a hobby knife and/or use a needle file to file away any excess pewter from the weapon.
  8. Apply superglue to part 6 and insert it into the slot on the front of part 7
  9. Hold the parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set
  10. Apply superglue to the spots where part 4 and 5 both meet each other and part 7.
  11. Sandwich parts 4 and 5 together over part 6, which is now protruding from the model as in the diagram above.
  12. Hold the parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  13. Note the correct orientation of part 9 before applying superglue to it.
  14. Hold part 9 and the Central Tower together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  15. The Central Tower is complete and will be used later in Step Five, so set it aside for now.

TURRET
  1. Collect parts 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 and refer to the diagram above for the correct orientation of each part before proceeding.

  4. Hold both parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  5. Superglue parts 17 and 18 on to part 19, one after another. Hold both parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  6. Superglue part 21 on to part 19. Note that it will sit at an off angle - this is intentional.
  7. Hold both parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  8. Step One is complete and will be the base for Step Two.

STEP TWO
  1. Collect parts 22, 23, 24, and 25 and refer to the diagram above for the correct orientation of each part before proceeding.
  2. First attempt to insert all the parts into their respective slots as in the diagram. If there is excess material on any of the parts or slight deformation of their tabs, attempt to use a needle file or hobby knife to file away any excess pewter.
  3. Superglue part 23 and 24 onto part 22 first.
  4. Hold the parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  5. Superglue part 22 (with 23 and 24 now attached) onto the front of part 20 as in the diagram above.
  6. Hold both parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  7. Note the correct orientation of part 25 - it goes both on the hood of part 20 and underneath it.
  8. Apply superglue to the sections where part 25 makes contact and attach to the model.
  9. Hold both parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  10. Step Two is complete and will be used as the base for Step Three.

STEP THREE
  1. Collect parts 26, 27 (x2), and the Side Armor Assembly [A] that was constructed earlier and refer to the diagram above for the correct orientation of each part before proceeding.
  2. First attempt to insert all the parts into their respective slots as in the diagram. If there is excess material on any of the parts or slight deformation of their tabs, attempt to use a needle file or hobby knife to file away any excess pewter.
  3. Superglue part [A] on the main chassis first - a slot for it should still be visible right by where you attached part 21 in Step One.
  4. Hold the parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  5. Superglue part 26 on to the rear of the chassis as in the diagram above.
  6. Hold both parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  7. Parts 27 are identical and are to be superglued on to the side of part 20 from Step One - be mindful not to place them too high up because other parts in Step Four will be attached.
  8. Hold the parts on the main chassis for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  9. Step Three is complete and will be used as the base for Step Four.

STEP FOUR
  1. Collect parts 28, 29, 30 and 31 and refer to the diagram above for the correct orientation of each part before proceeding.

  3. Superglue part 29 on to the main chassis first - a nub for it should still be visible right by where you attached part 19 in Step One.
  4. Hold the parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  5. Superglue part 28 on to the top of the chassis as in the diagram above - note the three points of contact illustrated on the chassis and how one end of part 28 slightly hooks under part 26 (which was attached in the previous step).
  6. Hold both parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  7. Part 30 may not immediately sit flush on to the chassis, so use part 24 that was added in Step Two to align.
  8. Once part 30 is aligned, place the model on its side and allow superglue to flow into the gaps between the chassis and part 30.
  9. Hold the parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  10. Superglue part 31 onto part 30 which is now attached to the main chassis.
  11. Step Four is complete and will be used as the base for Step Five.

(Continued in the next section...)
Treehouse Assembly Instructions pt. 3
STEP FIVE
  1. Collect parts 32, 33, 34 and the Central Tower that was constructed earlier and refer to the diagram above for the correct orientation of each part before proceeding.
  2. First attempt to place parts 32 and the Central Tower into their respective positions as in the diagram. If there is excess material on any of the parts or slight deformation of their slots, attempt to use a needle file or hobby knife to file away any excess pewter.
  3. Superglue part 32 on to the main chassis first - a nub for it should still be visible courtesy of attaching part 28 in Step Four. Part 32 should sit parallel with part 29 underneath it.
  4. Hold the parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  5. Superglue the Central Tower on to the top of the chassis as in the diagram above.
  6. Hold both parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  7. The struts of part 25 (added in Step Two) may not immediately sit flush on to the Central Tower, so use manual force to bend them backwards to meet the model.
  8. Parts 33 and 34 have various tabs that protrude - these can be bent inwards in order to serve as points to attach onto the main model. Their placement does not need to be exact since this is is one of the last parts to be attached to the model.
  9. Be sure when supergluing the tires onto the main chassis that you hold them in place for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  10. Step Five is complete - only one step remains.

STEP SIX
  1. Collect parts 35, 36, 37 and the Turret made in an earlier step and refer to the diagram above for correct orientation before proceeding.
  2. First attempt to place all parts into their respective positions as in the diagram. If there is excess material on any of the parts or slight deformation, attempt to use a needle file or hobby knife to file away any excess pewter.
  3. Superglue part 37 on to the main chassis first. Align it to the roof of part 32 from Step Five and the center column of the chassis. One side of part 37 should meet part 9 that was assembled in an earlier step.
  4. Hold the parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  5. Superglue part 36 to the front of the Central Tower on the main chassis that was attached in Part Five so that it meets with the other side of part 37.
  6. Hold both parts together for about a minute to allow the superglue to set.
  7. There should be enough room for part 35 to slip under 36 and align upwards - the goal is to have it meet the other side of part 37 on part 36. For reference, please refer to the rotating gif of a fully assembled Treehouse[i.imgur.com] and look at how parts 35, 36 and 37 are intended to be placed.
  8. The Turret made in an earlier step is the last piece to be attached and slots into the top of the model into the Central Tower.
  9. Either apply some superglue to the underside of the Turret and pose it in the desired position until the glue sets, or (optionally) drill out the top of the Central Tower and the underside of the Turret to make room for two 3mm magnets so the Treehouse turret can be posed as needed.
  10. Congratulations, your Treehouse is now fully assembled and ready to be undercoated and painted.
