Description
Alternative merc portraits for vanilla mercs and IMPs. Full body portraits are vanilla bodies + photoshopped AI faces.
Addicted Larry unfortunately doesn't have a custom portrait since I can't deal with the helmet.

This Steam version is better than from Nexus:
- No .exe file
- Not necessary to unzip the file twice
- You can combine this with other similar mods because its using another method (swtich .png files instead of .dds files.

I used stable diffusion 1.5 with several different tuned realism focused checkpoints just experimenting until I got something good, mostly one called realistic vision I believe.

What do you think about replacing "old clerk" Raider portrait with JA2 inspired one? New guy seems to have 19 leadership instead of 91.

Hi, thank you for the feedback.
I don't plan on updating the mod at this time, but if I return to it in the future I'll keep it in in mind.
There are ways to mod the mod though, so if you want to replace some of the portraits yourself for your own use, you're free to do that.
