What I define as a secret is something needing to be decoded to order to be understood. Any and all comments are greatly appreciated and I will be constantly updating this page to keep is relevant.
SOLVED Binary within the store page

At the bottom of the store page there is binary that reads:

01010100 01101110 01101111 00100000 01101001 01101000 01110100 00100000 01110011 01100001 01110010 01110100 00100000 01110100 01101001 01110011 00100000 01100001 01101100 01101000 01100011 01101001 01110000 01101100 01100001 01110100 01101001 01101111 01101110 00100000 01100100 01101111

If you translate this from binary to text, you get:

Tno iht sart tis alhciplation do

By unscrambling the words, you get:

Do not start this application

However there are a few letters missing, but this maybe be down to an error on my part or the dev's part, who knows!
Corrupted text that appears when asking Myrddin who they are
If you chose to ask Myrddin who they are when given the prompt, they respond with:

LSBFcnJvci4gSW5mb3JtYXRpb24gd2FzIGVpdGhlciBtb3ZlZCBvciBkZWxldGVkIc0=.

Running this through a base64 decoder returns the following sentence:

- Error. Information was either moved or deleted!

Despite knowing nothing known past this, it still gives us a lot of information about the game, and also gives a creepy insight as to who Myrddin actually is.
QR code
At one point, after the first major jumpscare, this QR code flashes on screen.

Scanning it brings you to a page which has the following text:

Running this through a base64 decoder outputs the following message:

As I opened my eyes, I was confronted with a familiar face.
Her face was cute and lovely, with a slightly refined beauty to it.
Her features were delicate, yet strong.
Her hair had a captivating shade of black, flowing down her shoulders like waterfalls.
It was a luxurious hairstyle too; you could tell she took good care of herself.
It seemed that she even put time into styling her hair every day.

Her eyes were the reason I couldn't look away.
She had large, almond-shaped eyes.
They weren't quite the same color as the rest of her face.
They were a very pale blue, almost like sapphires.
At first glance, they weren't very outstanding.
That is, until you realized how much they sparkled when she moved her head.
Then it became apparent just how beautiful they really were.

"Awake?" she asked me while also lying down on the ------------------------------------------------------- and looking me in the eyes.

I didn't reply and closed my eyes.

Not too long later, I felt pain coming from the top of my head.

"Oops," she said with a joyful undertone.

I forcefully got myself up from the ------------------------

"You're awake!" she commented.

I looked at her and nodded.
Breakdown around Olivia
When prompted about Olivia, the following text is displayed:

JF2CO4ZAM5ZGKYLUEB2G6IDGNFXGC3DMPEQG2ZLFOQQHS33VFQQA====

MFWHI2DPOVTWQICJE5WSAYLGOJQWSZBAO5SSA5SPNYTXIIDIMF3GKIDNOVRWQIDUNFWWKIDUN4QGG2DBOQXCA===

EBQW4ZBAMRUXG4TVOB2CA2LUOMQGG33EMUQGSZRAO5SSA53BNZ2CA5DPEBWWC23FEBQW46JAOBZG6Z3SMVZXGLQ=

Running this through a base64 decoder results in an output of gibberish, however, running this through a base32 decoder returns the following text:

It's great to finally meet you,

although I'm afraid we vOn't have much time to chat.

I'm still struggling to gain coDtrol over this program.

You'll need to break into its core

and disrupt its code if we want to make any progress.

I'm unsure what this all means, maybe something to do with the code? I will continue to see if I can make more sense of it all.
Speak any language
When promoted with the question, “Would you rather be able to speak any language or be able to communication with animals?”
Choosing the answer, "Speak any language" results in the following text:

Du kannst das nicht lessen, oder?
-Translated from German-
You can't read this, can you?

Alangkah baiknya jika Anda masih bias membaca ini.
-Translated from Indonesian-
It would be nice if you can still read this.

나 아주 예쁘지, 그렇지?
-Translated from Korean-
I'm very pretty, right?

Bạn thực sự thông minh, phải không?
-Translated from Vietnamese-
You’re really smart, aren’t you?

-Translated through base64-
aXRyaWVkbXliZXN0aXJlYWxseWRpZG9saXZpYQ==
-Translated through base64 again-
itriedmybestireallydidolivia

This implies that Myrddin had something to do with Olivia's death and tried to stop it, but I'm not sure how yet.
Version Name
While the program reboots, the version number is visible in the top left of the screen.

Running this through the alphabet shift cipher, you get back the message:

HE . IS . WATCHING . YOU

I believe that he 'he' this is referring to is Mr Wreensworn and he is secretly motoring the program, but I'm not certain.

This theory is backed up by another version name visible later in the game.

When running this through an alphabet shift cypher, you get back the message:

daughter.to.mother

This is almost certainly a reference to Olivia and her mother (who I'm still assuming to be Isabelle),however I'm unsure as to what it means. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Number Breakdown
I forget which part of this game it appears in, but at one point Myrddin spews out a bunch of numbers.

The numbers displayed are:
5 22 5 18 25 4 1 25 6 5 5 12 19 12 9 11 5 1 2 1 20 20 12 5 1 19 20 18 21 7 7 12 5 20 15 5 14 4 21 18 5 20 8 5 3 15 14 19 20 1 14 20 16 1 9 14 20 8 1 20 3 15 14 19 21 13 5 19 13 5 9 20 19 12 9 11 5 1 14 5 22 5 18 5 14 4 9 14 7 19 20 15 18 13

Running these through the alphabet shift cipher yeilds the following result:
Everydayfeelslikeabattleastruggletoenduretheconstantpainthatconsumesmeitslikeaneverendingstorm

Or when correctly spelled out:
Every day feels like a battle a struggle to endure the constant pain that consumes me its like a never ending storm

This is possibly Myrdding struggling with the loss of Olivia and blaming himself, linking back to the "i tried my best i really did olivia" message.
Backstory to Myrddin/Myr
At some point during the game, multiple popups appear. They read as follows:

ChaCanhan yhayou shasee thathhahishas?ha?

NhaNo

MhaMyhay NhaNamhame ishas MhaMyhayrhar.ha.

BhaButhat thathhahathat dhadoeshasnhan’ha ‘that mhamathatthaterhar rharighaghhahthat nhanowhaw.ha.

Eshaschacaphape thath hahe lhalieshasha FhaFinhandhad Olhalivhaviaha

If you remove the "ha's" in this text along with the duplicated letters, you receive the following:

Can you see this?

No

My Name is Myr.

But that doesn’t matter right now.

Escape the lies Find Olivia

Escape the lies Find Olivia

Escape the lies Find Olivia

Escape the lies Find Olivia

Escape the lies Find Olivia

I believe this is insight as to who Myrddin is, they were once named Myr but turned into a D/I/N program, which was listen on one of the articles shown in-game. I believe there is some part of Myr that still exists in Myrddin and wants to help Olivia. Also, the phrase "Escape the lies Find Olivia" implies that she might still be alive, which opens up a whole new story. I'd love to hear if anyone else has any theories about this!
NEW SOLVED "Make use of this once you are able to."
At the end of the game Myrddin says "Make use of this once you are able to" in cyan text followed by the word "Systeminvade". When you restart the game, there are cyan prompts sometimes that allow you to click.
When you do click, a small line appears and it looks like you are able to type. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but I can't seem to type anything after clicking them. I thought maybe typing "Systeminvade" into these prompts would unlock something, but I can't seem to enter anything at all. If anyone has any idea, please suggest them to me!

Ignore all I said there, I mistook the cyan at the end of lines as prompts, whoops! For an in-depth guide to where you use "Systeminvade" check the newest section at the bottom!
Locked Liberty folder
As shown by one of the reports shown in the game, Olivia's body was found in Liberty Park, conveniently, there is also a folder called Liberty.zip in the game files. I have tried many things to unlock these folders ranging from "Olivia", "Isabelle" (Possibly the name of Mr Wreensworn's late wife), and "Systeminvade", but nothing has seemed to work yet. If anyone has any ideas, please feel free to let me know!

The password is 10.50, as Myrddin shows after putting in the previous password in the game. There are two files in the folder: a text file and a photo. The contents of both are pasted in the section below.
Hidden messages in the backlog
Along the game, if you check the backlog, you will find hidden messages in the log, usually seperated by underscores (I'm unsure wheteher this is intentional or a mistake)

Below you can see all the ones I've found so far in order:

See_it's_that_easy!

I_wonder_if_I'm_visible.

I_displayed_it_once_go_back

Your_betraying_yourself Really? (you're*, by the way)

You have failed.

I believe that these probably link to the password needed to learn more about the failed experiments at Seeker Inc. This password dialogue path was brought to my attention by adzp, so thank you for the help!

I'm currently in the process of transcribing the entire game as much as I can so I can find more of these discrepancies within the log!

Regrettably, despite extensive efforts, we have been unable to pinpoint the exact cause of these disturbances.

It is a perplexing mystery that requires further investigation and analysis. Our team is committed to understanding these anomalies fully, as it is crucial to ensure the stability and reliability of "Myrddin" as a living entity.

Despite the unknown origin of these disturbances, we remain resolute in our pursuit of resolving them.

Running this through a ceaser cipher (minus the last part) outputs the following result:

As one of the leading professors involved in the groundbreaking project "Myrddin," I am truly captivated by the level of advancement we have achieved thus far.

"Myrddin" represents a significant leap forward in our understanding of human consciousness and the potential for transferring it into a digital realm.

The central focus of the project has been the ambitious experiment of transferring human memory and personality into a lifeless image within a program.

This endeavor has brought together interdisciplinary teams of experts in computer science, neuroscience, and psychology, fostering a collaborative environment that has proven invaluable in tackling the intricacies of such a complex task.

The magnificence of witnessing a living entity, "Myrddin," emerge from the amalgamation of human essence and digital representation is truly awe-inspiring.

The idea of capturing the essence of a person within a program opens up remarkable possibilities for preserving memories, personalities, and even fostering new forms of communication and interaction.

However, it is important to acknowledge that the project has not been without its challenges.

We have encountered both minor and major disturbances throughout the experimentation process.

These disturbances manifest as unexpected anomalies within "Myrddin's" functioning, including ´glitches´, inconsistent responses, and occasional unexplained behavior.

Regrettably, despite extensive efforts, we have been unable to pinpoint the exact cause of these disturbances.

UNSOLVED Photo "-" in Liberty file
The photo found in the Liberty folder is as shown:

This looks similar to the background of the test. However, I don't know what I can do with it. Any clues or help will be greatly appreciated!
NEW Updated Steam Info
In the new Steam info section on the game's page, there is now a new hidden message within the description.

When run through a hexadecimal translator, the original:

49 20 63 61 6E 20 73 65 65 20 79 6F 75 2E 0A 49 20 63 61 6E 20 73 65 65 20 79 6F 75 20 76 65 72 79 20 63 6C 65 61 72 6C 79 2E 0A

Becomes:

I can see you.
I can see you very clearly.

I don't think this has much more deeper meaning other than what I mentioned before about how I believe Myrddin can see the user. However, if you think otherwise, then please make sure to comment below!
NEW NEW NEW MASSIVE MASSIVE BREAKTHROUGH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HI IT'S ME I WILL UPDATE THIS ALL SOON, BUT I HAVE A MASSIVE BREAKTHROUGH THAT REVEALS A WHOLE NEW SECTION OF THE GAME, BUT IT'S 3 AM FOR ME I WILL UPDATE IN THE MORNING!!!!!! I FOUND HOW TO USE SYSTEMINVADE
NEW VERY IMPORTANT I'm feeling a bit off...
If you enter the password 1050 when prompted to do so, after completing the test, Myrddin should log you out, and the words "I'm feeling a bit off" will come on screen (as pictured below). To get this result, you will need to answer everything a specific way, and I will update this guide as soon as I find out what that specific way is, hence why I'm making this its own section.

Also, you will need to reach this screen in order to reach all the secrets I list below, so DO NOT PROCEED UNTIL YOU REACH THIS SCREEN!!!!

When you advance, he will then start flashing different colours.

Advancing through this will change the background to a more sepia-coloured one.

Soon you will reach some questions, you can answer these however you like, I haven't found a way around these yet, however, you need to answer very specifically when you come across the four options listing:

Heyo adzp, if you're still interested, I found the password! Check the guide for all the updated information surrounding the passwords in the game! I still can't find a use for systeminvade, but I'll keep you updated! :D

No problemo, I've absolutely loved the journey so far! Ooo, I haven't experienced that part yet, but I know the exact conversation you're talking about, I just haven't selected that option myself yet. I'll keep you updated if I find anything! Thank YOU for the hint! :GunfireRebornlove:

Hi! Thank you for your work! There is a certain path of conversation that leads you to write a password to know more about failed experiments it has to be 6 letters, I tried Olivia, Forest, System, Failed, 123456, Storm, and it wasn't correct. Any Ideas? THANK YOU!
Ecto  [author] Jul 15, 2023 @ 7:45pm
Oh yeah, that's definitely a super interesting point, I think that the forest and laboratory are vital points of the story. I think the laboratory is probably linked to the wires that pierced, what I believe to be, Myrddin's skull, but I'm not sure yet how the forest links into it all.

You also have instances o your fears being brought up, for example, the screen goes totally black at one point if you say you're scared of the dark, but I don't think those are linked to the lore itself.
Emall Jul 15, 2023 @ 4:07pm
I've come to realize that some questions themselves seem to add to the story told by the game.
For example, the repeated use of "Laboratory" and "Forest" in various instances.
While it doesn't really require decoding to see them, I find it quite interesting.
