Description
Are you tired of just loafing around one planet? Would you like to have a actual reason to travel and experience the entire universe? If so this is the mod for you.

Ore Quest is in its essence a fairly simple mod. It adds 7 new ores to the game, 1 of each for every planet (except for Europa, nobody visits the ice cube) and a trophy you can make from them as a proof of travel. These materials do not give you any new powerful blocks, they do not wiggle into any core gameplay at all. All these do is give you a objective, a reason to actually go to and visit every planet, that is all.

This is my first mod and I would like to thank the fine people in the modding section of Keens discord, they were wonderful in helping me figure out what I needed to do when I got to a point of grinding my head against the wall, I could not have done it without them.

@Artemin its just like any other ore in the game. If you have your save set to regenerate mined areas after a while then it should regenerate just like any other ore

If one mines all ore and looses it, will it respawn after some time or is it lost forever?

@Artemin That is weird, this mod does not do anything to modify UI at all and I am not sure where to begin to point fingers.

I get a weird HUD Box in the left upper corner when loading the mod. Any ideas what conflict is causing it? Removing just this one removes the box, and putting it back brings the empty box back.

also, i would like to ask permission to upload what i've done so far. its just .sbc containing the materials i created that call for your ingots, along with a component overrides that also call for your ingots.

@Growlkore i actually got a response from digi, i managed to get it written out to do what i wanted! in the prerequisite section, where you declare TypeId, instead of ingot i just used Component then the new subtype i created. from there all i had to do was make the new items requiring your ingot. thank you for making this mod! its made what i've been wanting to do with the game possible!
