A small guide to show where the well hidden skulls are

Reactor

Next to the little heart to the west. your going to need luck or the v3 boots

Medical

In the door to the left of the respawn point. It's in the ducts. (v2 boots required)

Research

From the reactor/maintenance elevator take a left and head to the end of the hall, enter the door to the left with the radiation symbol in the south side of the room there's a hole in the roof. (use the v3 boots)

Maintenance

After gaining access to the outskirts of maintenance go to the bottom maze and use the v2 boots float up to the hole in the roof (I found jumping on the ledge I'm aiming at can give you enough leverage)

Storage

From the elevator take your first right and go down the ramp. Immediately to your right there is a stack of boxes. using the v2 turbo-motion boots climb the boxes and hover up to the small door near the roof (note: you will need to crouch to enter)

Flight Deck

Make your way to the section below and using the v2 boots climb on the shuttle and over to a small gap in the railing, to the left on the catwalk is a door with the skull inside

Executive

After gaining access to the beta door in the central section turn right to the long hallway then turn to the first door on the right. There is a small hole in the roof where the skull is hiding

Engineering

head to the spire of crossroads shown below, its on the roof south-side

Security

Across from the entrance to the bridge at the top of the spire in a little out-grove (south-east)

Some people are saying that they got the achievement after the bridge segment, i got mine after picking up the last skull. Your experience may vary

the skull in medical it's impossible now to reach with v2 boots

Reactor Skully can be done with V2s and no luck. I've found that there is a small block of metal with a larger hit box in the right corner of the wall you need to climb.

Face the platform in the ceiling, fly the initial height you can and rub the wall in front of you while sliding to the right corner and you'll hopefully land on it.

volknochi i really don't think you have the greatest social skills if you just point out everyone's fault in every situation especially if it's grammatical mistakes online you come off as a douche bag you aren't our english teacher i don't think the guy saying your comment is weird lives a sheltered life he's just a normal guy that can understand what he's saying because he's normal guy and i don't believe he is calling you "a big meanie" you're just being rude it's also not lazy, ignorant, or selfish to just understand what guide author is saying

Vilmer Slaughter, you mustn't have good social skills or a have a good grip on reality to know why someone pointing out faults is beneficial. You must have lived a sheltered life in a safety bubble to feel that anyone pointing out mistakes is "a big meanie". Volknochi, you mustn't have a lot of friends. What a weird comment on an understandable guide.

Pretty decent guide, but you made a lot of grammatical errors. Most noticeably are:
-For the Reactor description, it should be, "you're going", not "your going". -You're- is the contraction of 'you are', -your- is used only for possessive.
-For Medical, it should be, "It's in the ducts", not "Its in". -It's- is the contraction of "it is", -its- is used only for possessive.
-For Research, it should be "there's a hole", not "theirs a hole". -There's- is the contraction of "there is", "theirs" is used only for possessive.
-For Executive, it should be "then turn", not "than turn". -Then- is used when you're talking about something relating to time, -than- is used only for comparisons.
-Engineering, another instance of needing to use "it's" and not "its" with "it's on the roof".

You might also want to learn when to use capitalization and punctuation, so as to make sure (educated) people reading your guides don't think you failed 3rd Grade English. :)

Author, please add "Achievement unlocks during final sequence in Bridge" to your guide!

I wondered if I missed something when the achievement didn't unlock. Hopefully others wont be concerned there game is bugged!
