Small Items
These items are small and doesn't affect speed and stamina of the players. Some of these items are throwable which can stun the enemies. The throwable items have different effects on different types of enemies.

  • Lockpick: Used while opening locked containers which can be tool and first aid boxes. Can be found anywhere.
    Common item.

  • Bandages: Added into to the game in the Prime Time Update. It can be used to stop bleeding.
    Common item.

  • Small/Large Medicine: Makes the player gain health. Can be found in anywhere. Especially in the first aid boxes. Large ones can be found in locked first aid boxes. With the Update #3, medicine bottles can now be used as throwable items after being emptied with the AMP Recycle.
    Small → Common item.
    Large → Uncommon item.

  • Small/Large Battery: Recharges the night vision goggles. Can be found in the tool boxes and on the ground. Small ones can be found in door traps by disarming them, triggering traps doesn't count. Large ones can be found in locked tool boxes.
    Small → Common item.
    Large → Uncommon item.

  • Antidote: Makes the player regain their sanity. Can be found anywhere. Especially in the first aid boxes. Antidote can also be located when the sanity bar is completely empty in other words when the player is in psychosis.
    Common item.

  • Adrenaline: Causes the player to have infinte stamina and a faster movement speed for a limited time. Can be found anywhere.
    Common item.

  • Rig Recharger: Recharges the players rig after a use. Can be found in the tool boxes and the "Confidential"/Gift Room.
    Uncommon item.

  • Syringe: Let's the player revive dead players. Players can revive other players that are bleeding out but this item will not speed up that process. Players that lose all their health and go down, and then proceed to bleed out or be killed, will be considered dead and can be brought back using this item. This item can only be found in glass boxes that can be found on walls.
    Uncommon item.

To simplify: Players that are bleeding can be revived without this item, but dead players can only be revived with a syringe.

  • Brick/Bottle: Throwable items. When throwable items hit the enemies, the enemies will be stunned for a short time or the insane player-like enemies will be avoided completely. While enemies hit by bottles get stunned for a short period of time, minion enemies, enemies that are not the boss of the trial, that got hit by bricks fall, allows more time for player to escape. These items can also be used to disarm traps like: psychosis mines, duck TNTs, electricity floor traps. Throwing bricks and bottles can distract enemies and make them move towards the place that they are thrown to. And with the amplifications these items' effects can be more powerful. Can be found anywhere except in first aid and tool boxes. With Update #3 bricks are now able to break locked containers with the AMP Lock Breaker. With Update #4 bricks now have infinite use when thrown in the environment. However, they now break instantly after thrown at an enemy or a trap.

Then it can be used again.

This device has 7 red lights that indicates the location of the objectives. 2 of them shows the y coordinates, the floor the objective is at, near the upward and downward arrows. The other five of them are located at the middle which show the distance between player and the objective in x and z coordinates. The more the red lights at the middle the less is the distance between player and the objective. If upward and downward arrow lights are not on that means the player is on the same floor with the objective. In the trial "Vindicate the Guilty" the objectives are witnesses.
