Although this could use a version for capital planets, there are some sweet capital bonuses which would not be present in this general designation.
I understand that paradorks always try to balance the game by unreasonably nerfing hiveminds, but machine hives were a huge letdown from what I expected when I started playing. They are just should be *that much more efficient* from regular organics, they don't need these needless "balancing" nerfs/edits that break the immersion.
Plus I seriously can't be arsed to spam habibats around for the sole purpose of putting a single spawner/replicator on it and then just manually resettle all new pops to my actual planets.
