Naki's Total Madness Weapons Pack

I uh came up with an idea of making projectile based weapons and accidentally coded a really cool lightning strike weapon thingy? idk, so i decided to upload it as part of this pack, which only has a single weapon...for now

Custom model for the gun will be made later, maybe, i might keep it vanilla on that part

Weapons:

[Destabilized Electron Cannon]

-Experimental Particle Beam Based Lightning Weapon.
-Primary to fire beams of electrons, Secondary to recharge.
-Does a lot of damage in a short amount of time.

[Toss a Car]

-Have you ever wanted to throw an entire car to something, now you can
-Primary to throw a car
-Reload to inspect

Convars:
NTMW_Remove_Car_Grenade_Delay number, 0 for no despawn -default 3
