Firelock 198X

Description
Firelock 198X is a tabletop miniatures wargame centered around fantasy warfare in the nuclear age.

This is the Tabletop Simulator module for Firelock 198X. It includes table terrain layouts ("maps"), all available units, and other necessary items to play the game virtually.

The game's core rules and army books, necessary to play the game, may be found at: https://drekfortmdc.neocities.org/

Rulebooks and other play materials can be downloaded from https://drekfortmdc.itch.io/firelock-198x-09-public or https://drekfortmdc.neocities.org/

This edition (0.9.7) is a beta made with playtesting in mind. Content intended to be bundled with future editions (printable maps, tokens, etc) is alluded to in the core rules but not yet implemented, as are certain features and document sections. Nonetheless the game is playable in its present state.

Game discussion, content, and development updates are centered in the Stellar Jockeys Discord server.*

For any other UK based people who have also be screwed by the OSA, the site Litterbox works for hosting the maps, it lets you temporarily host images up to 1GB for free. used it for several games now with no issues, just copy the link it gives you and paste it where the IMGUR link would go.

Hi. Cool looking mod, and saw this game has been getting a few shoutouts as one to checkout. As another UK-based player, however, IMGUR is "poisoning the well" in populating our downloads of this mod with "Content Not Available" placeholder images. Wargaming is quite popular in the UK, so I'll politely request again (like the poster below) that you consider an alternative host. Many of us (myself included) don't have a VPN.

Oh I missed that thank you! you should put that in the page description so if someone else has a simmilar problem they can read it there.

As Aussie BBQ pointed out just below there's a button on the bottom right table leg, that brings up the map change menu.

Hey small question but how do you change the map?

This is without a doubt the greatest wargame I've ever played. Granted I've only played about 3 of them but still. I am printing the cut-outs and the current edition rulebooks. I am taking this game to the world and throwing it in everyone's face. Suck my ducking balls GW!!

underrated is an understatement

There should be a button on one of the table legs, that opens the table control panel. You can change the map there.

Looks great! Simple question here (sorry!), how do I change the map itself?

Discord link should be fixed now, thanks for the heads up.

Unfortunately for the imgur stuff and the UK likely your most practical choice will be having to start using a VPN, that's how our current Brit players make it work, but I will look into alternative image hosting options and see how much work it'll be to migrate stuff, though I wouldn't expect necessarily swift movement on that, sorry.
