Bill Doors' Plasma Weapons

This mod added a series of plasma weapons, with emphasis on unique, automated ammo system, available in both vanilla and CE.

Trivia unmentioned in infographics:
-Plasma weapon projectiles will gradually fade, and will not cause damage beyond weapon range.
-The largest plasma turret generates a narrow fan-shaped explosion when hit.

Please tell me if there're any problems. I'm sure there're a few small issues but I've procrastinated too long I lost track of them

I'll be back and fix bugs after I've satisfied my, ur, cyber hamster-ish looting and stockpiling desires in PZ
I've fullfilled my scavenging need, I'll return modding after I'm done with my dinner

I've rebalanced the weapons with the help from 阿飞, they should be buffed now.
