On my journey to 100% this game and its just like @Longin said. You just gotta fulfill enough of the original game DataTerms to unlock the achievement.

Like many games that have been expanded over the time, it doesn't seem you need to unlock them all. Just fill a specific number that probably used to be the total count once upon a time. I'm missing AT LEAST one obvious dataterm, and who knows how many others all around the map, and the achievement popped.

Thanks for the Badlands tip. It seems like doing the side quests and gigs does most of the legwork here. I just discovered three new Badlands terms and that was all I needed.

Otherwise this could have been VERY tedious cycle of scanning screenshots for points and running around to find the hidden spot
