Mathrafal near Welshpool, in Powys, Mid Wales, was the seat of the Kings and Princes of Powys, and served as the capital city of the Kingdom of Powys, from the 9th century until its destruction in 1213 by Prince Llywelyn the Great.

This is quite a cool map and somewhat accurate as i live about a mile way from the actual site!
