📓 THIS FREE .JSON IS ONE OF THE MANY EDITIONS THAT ARE PART OF THE "CHERNARUS LITE PROJECT". WE DECIDED TO RELEASE IT INDEPENDENTLY IN ORDER TO CONTINUE EXPERIMENTING WITH DARK UNDERGROUND AREAS TRIGGERS AND RECIVE SOME FEEDBACK. BOTH THIS ONE AND THE REST OF THE CHERNARUS LITE EDITS WERE MADE 100% WITH VANILLA ASSETS MAKING THEM PERFFECTLY COMPATIBLE WITH FULL VANILLA SERVERS AND CONSOLES SERVERS. 📓 KAMENSK MINE TRIES TO BRING THE UNDERGROUND AND DARKNESS EXPERIENCE TO CHERNARUS IN AN ORGANIC WAY, WITHOUT AN ARTIFICIAL LOOK OR BREAKING THE ORIGINAL MAP TIERS DISTRIBUTION. THE DARK ZONES, THEIR PROGRESIVE TRANSITIONS AND BOUNDARIES AS WELL AS THE MINE HAVE BEEN CONFIGURED IN DETAIL. WE HOPE YOU ENJOY IT.
✔️IMPORTANT NOTE #1: IF YOU WANT TO EDIT THE MAPPING ALWAYS USE THE "KamenskMine.dze". DO NOT IMPORT (IN THE DAYZ EDITOR) THE "KamenskMine.json" SINCE IT COULD LEAD INTO MISSPLACES. ONCE YOU LOAD IT WITH THE .DZE FORMAT, THEN YOU CAN EXPORT ANY MODIFICATION TO .JSON WITHOUT ANY ISSUE. ✔️IMPORTANT NOTE #2: WITH THE FILES DOWN BELOW, YOU WOULD GET A BASIC LOOT SPAWN CONFIGURATION POR THE UNDERGROUND AREA. FURTHER CONFIGURATION IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO ENSURE A MORE "SPECIAL/HIGH TIER" LOOT THERE BY ADDING THE PROPER USAGE TO EACH ITEM YOU WANT TO SPAWN THERE (TYPES). THIS IS TOO CUSTOMIZABLE AN PARTICULAR TO EACH SERVER TO PROVIDE A "types.xml" MADE BY US.
THE FOLDER CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING FILES: 1️⃣ KamenskMine.json + KamenskMine.dze (Mappings in both formats) 2️⃣ Cfgundergroundtriggers.json (Darkness triggers) 3️⃣ Extra folder (Extra files to set the loot) 4️⃣ Screenshots (Some preview pictures)

✔️ YES. THIS FILE AS WELL AS ALL THE LITE PROJECT MAPPINGS ARE MADE WITH 100% VANILLA FILES PROVIDED BY THE BASE GAME, SO THEY ARE PERFECTLY COMPATIBLE WITH PC, XBOX AND PLAYSTATION. WE ENCOURAGE CONSOLE PLAYERS TO USE THEM FOR TESTING PORPUSES IN ORDER TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK AND TO CONTINUE OPTIMIZING.

📁 How can I add it to my server? Tutorial -‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒‒

REMEMBER THAT THIS IS NOT A MOD. ONCE YOU SUSCRIBE, FIND THE FOLDER IN YOUR WORKSHOP DIRECTORY AND YOU WILL FIND THE NECESSARY FILES TO BE ABLE TO ADD IT ON YOUR SERVER, ADD THE LOOT AND DARKNESS EFFECT. TO DO ALL THAT, JUST FOLLOW THE STEPS:
1️⃣ MAKE SURE THAT INSIDE YOUR "ServerDZ.cfg" FILE YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING LINE ENABLED: "enableCfgGameplayFile = 1;" .
2️⃣ COPY AND PASTE THE "KamenskMine.json" FILE INTO YOUR CHERNARUS MISSION FOLDER "/dayzOffline.chernarusplus" (OR THE FOLDER WHERE YOU LOAD YOUR CUSTOM LOCATIONS) AND LOAD IT THROUGH THE "cfggameplay.json" FILE BY USING THE "objectSpawnersArr": ["KamenskMine.json"], LINE.
3️⃣ COPY AND PASTE THE FILE "cfgundergroundtriggers.json" INTO YOUR FOLDER "/dayzOffline.chernarusplus". THESE ARE THE DARK TRIGGERS CONFIGURATION.
4️⃣ ONLY IF YOU HAVE THEM 100% VANILLA: COPY AND PASTE THE "cfglimitsdefinition.xml" AND "mapgroupproto.xml" FROM THE /Extras FOLDER INTO YOUR CHERNARUS MISSION. REPLACE THE ONES YOU HAVE (AGAIN, ONLY IF YOU ARE USING A VANILLA MISSION AND YOU NEVER EDIT THOSE BEFORE). IF YOU ALREADY EDITED THOSE IN THE PAST, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE UNDERGROUND USSAGE IN THE CFGLIMITSDEFINITION AND GENERATE AND THE MAPGROUPPROTO FOR THE UNDERGROUND ASSETS TO AVOID REPLACING ANY PREVIOUS EDIT FROM YOURSELF. 5️⃣ OPEN THE "mapgrouppos(MineOnly).xml" AND COPY ITS LINES AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR "mapgrouppos.xml". THIS WOULD ADD THE STRUCTURES POSITION TO THE SERVER SO IT CAN CREATE LOOT INSIDE THESE STRUCTURES. THIS IS THE MANUAL AND EASY WAY TO DO IT, BUT YOU CAN ALWAYS GENERATE YOUR OWN "mapgruoppos.xml" BY FOLLOWING THE METHOD DOWN BELOW: ✔️ GENERATE LOOT (OTHER METHOD): FOR THIS GO TO YOUR "init.c" FILE AND MAKE SURE TO ADD THE LINE "GetCEApi().ExportProxyData( "7500 0 7500", 10000 );" AS SHOWN BELOW. ONCE DONE, START YOUR SERVER AND LET IT RUN FOR A FEW MINUTES. THEN CLOSE. THIS WILL GENERATE A FOLDER IN \dayzOffline.chernarusplusstorage_1\export WITH A FILE "mapgrouppos.xml". Copy it and replace it with the "mapgrouppos.xml" in the \dayzOffline.chernarusplus folder. Once done, add // before GetCEApi().ExportProxyData( "7500 0 7500", 10000 ); in your "init.c" file to override the command. void main() { //INIT ECONOMY-------------------------------------- Hive ce = CreateHive(); if ( ce ) ce.InitOffline(); 👉 GetCEApi().ExportProxyData( "7500 0 7500", 10000 ); 👈
6️⃣ ADD THE TYPE "PunchedCard" IN YOUR LOOT TABLE OR AS A CARGO (OR THE WAY YOU SEE BEST) TO BE ABLE TO ENTER THE BUNKER SINCE CHERNARUS MISSION, BY DEFAULT, DOES NOT HAVE THIS ITEM SPAWNING. IN THE "types.xml" WE LEAVE YOU JUST THE "PunchCard" SO PLEASE DO NOT REPLACE THE TYPES FOR THE ONE IN YOUR SERVER FOLDER. JUST ADD THE LINES.
