the Combine Elite from half life 2, one of the combines strongest units. made up of a lot of little details, also comes with a working pulse rifle, if you want him to drop the rifle delete the cables on his hand that is letting him grab it

it has little devices in it's chest that heals it, all you have to do it press anyone of these buttons and it will heal the wounded elite
