(I really do like this pack a lot, I've made some big maps using a whole hackjob of stuff)
I didn't notice because I stopped using them and started just using comp/con in a side-by-side window, I had all these big plans around not having to tab out, but it ended up just being better
1. Add a copy of the hex
2. (F)lip it, so it's graphic side down
3. Right-click and Tint
4. Set the color, and set the opacity slider (far right) to about half
5. Apply
6. Hovering over the hex press - (minus) a couple of times to scale it down slightly
7. Put the mech on the hex
8. F6 for link mode. Drag the hex to the mech
There are also the emissive light rings which are the right size, and are always perfectly bright, even in shadow or darkness. You can't tint those because they're unity objects, but drop the mech on top, then F6 and link the ring to the mech
I didn't set up the PSDs for quickly adding camos, but you could try. Simplest way to get the textures is to right-click a model, go Custom. Copy the URL from the texture field and put it into your web browser. I did the bare minimum for UV unwrapping; there'll be some stretching and weird splits
If you're super keen for the PSDs send me a DM and I'll sort you out access to the original files
