Demand Controller

Description
Demand Controller - Allows you to set RCW demand individually. Takes effect instantly (NEW! 21/02).

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Hold CTRL+ALT (Command + Option on Mac) and tap D (or Click the UI Button)
- The big checkbox in the top left is the global toggle
- The small checkboxes next to the titles control individual sliders
- Drag the window around with the little arrow icon
- Drag the button around wherever you like
- Enable/Disable the button/shortcut in the settings menu

KNOWN ISSUES:
Macintosh: The button doesn't seem to work, the shortcut (command + option + D) does.
(If anyone has a Mac they can test on, and enough know-how to raise a pull request, please do)

SUSPECTED ISSUES:
Some users are reporting crashes - I can only assume this is related to other mods that interact with the demand calculations. If you do have a crash as soon as you load a game with this mod loaded, please post a GitHub issue and include a crash dump, if one was generated (the will be in the game directory)

Note:
The first time you start up after installing this mod, the button will be on the top left of the screen.

Having one unlocked while others are locked WILL affect the calculation, but nevertheless they calculate using the game's base rules (they are affected because the other RCW values are an input)

will you make a version for cs2?

I have pressed CTRL+ALT multiple times, I even added pressing D both right after holding the other two buttons, while still holding them and all at the same time.

I still won't be able to see any way of using this MOD and due to a bug in Cities Skylines, I am watching my highly functional city suffering to the cities disertion bug where people just disappear without a reason, a bit at a time.

As far as I can tell, there are no issues at all with the latest patch version (nor do I expect this mod to stop working, as it only interacts with a single core component of the simulation, which is extremely unlikely to change - if it does, I'll fix it though).

I simply don't have the time to verify conflicts with other mods (much less attempt to solve them) but I will gladly accept reports on my GitHub issues page, that way I can make a note of them here so people aren't caught off-guard :)

@Alice&Gui, Real Time very likely interacts with the ZoneManager component of the simulation (which is what I use to force demand values), but it's also highly likely there's nothing I (or they) can do about that unfortunately.

Thank you all for your continuing support! (P.S. I'm almost always set to invisible, but I'm usually around a few times a week at least)

Nvm I messed with too many things, long story short not the mod's fault for zones not building

Having similar issue to others - something is glitching demand from actually building for certain zone types. My high density residential and commercial no longer build.
