Video Gas Mask

Description
Mod for video teams only really.
Adds new item to game, VideoGasMask.
Long filter time, no obstruction of screen due to overlay in gas zones.
Mask looks like combat gas mask in hands and on ground, displays as surgical mask when wearing.
Made size very large (9x9) incase lost by staff members.
