The Loom has a visual error and it is visible in your screen shot the centre 3x3 North Square has a small Line artifacts.

Through some trial and error I managed to fix the mod for the siege update, I tested it with all three siege weapons and they all display correctly. You can find the fixed version here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3602883208

To be more precise, the ballista and the catapult are facing the wrong directions in some of the orientations, but there are no other issues. They still shoot correctly they just look a bit funny. The bolt thrower seems to be working correctly.

I was going to install this until I read the comment below mine by Reynart. Whatever this guy is talking about sounds super complex, annoying, and I am going to skip this mod if even ONE workshop needs to be "fixed".

For anyone still interested, it's possible to fix the magma workshops by editing graphics_workshops.txt and workshops_nofloor.png within \steamapps\common\Dwarf Fortress\data\installed_mods\workshops_without_floors\graphics\. The information pertaining to the magma workshops are the last four entries within the text file and image. You just need to cut the vanilla magma workshops using something like paint.net and replace the bottom four within the modded image. The same goes for the text file—replace the four chunks of text relating to the magma workshops with the vanilla text and you'll be good to go. The vanilla assets are located in steamapps\common\Dwarf Fortress\data\vanilla\vanilla_buildings_graphics\graphics
