Description

Sorts and groups the mod options tab by author if there is more than one mod by the same author, otherwise groups them in the Various Authors group, special groups for VE mods and mods with configs created via HugsLib.
Makes the search bar work by author too.
Can be toggled.
Fixes the HugsLib search bar error.

If you have an error, post the full log or i cannot fix the issue. If you are using a hugslib fork, tell me, it is important.

Sorry, it's my fault, the actual problem is Vanilla Backgrounds Expanded.

That would appear to be an error on a mod's about.xml, It should happen without my mod, if it does not then it is an incompatibility with some specific mod and i would need it's name
