Do not skip ANYTHING. This includes all puzzles, cutscenes, and listening to all the audio clips when you pick up collectibles!

Do not use hints. If you're playing on expert – and you should be – you shouldn't even have the option for hints anyways.

You aren't collecting the figurines in the order they are in the figurine cabinet, so don't freak out about empty spaces.

Take all the time you need with puzzles and HO scenes. There are no timed trophies for puzzles this time.

However, there is a trophy for playing the game for three hours in a single sitting. This can be in game or on the main menu - you just can't close out of the game. I don’t recommend minimizing the game either, they may not count the time (in discussions, this was written in 2021). This trophy fell out to me after 4 and a half hours, and not as in the description.

Notice the black lines on each fuse. All the fuses with one black line go on the top row, two lines on the row under that, etc. Each row has the same pattern – yellow / blue / green / red. So just put the fuses with the correct lines in the correct rows in that same order – they'll light up when they've been placed correctly.

This is a bad puzzle. You need to click the faucets so the water falls directly on the drain.
Align the left one, then the center one, then the right one. By the time you align the right one, the center one will be off, so align the center one again, which throws off the left one, so align the left one again, and you should be good.

If you didn't turn off the light twice and didn't turn it back on twice, try to move between screens until it happens otherwise you won't get a log entry. Personally, everything worked properly for me 2 passages, the light went out as soon as I took the book as in the description above.

Return to the intersection in the hallway

Click on the first blue book on the second shelf from the top
Go to the dead end of the left intersection
Click on the middle book on the second shelf from the top of the central rack

      You will have to solve this puzzle yourself, as it is random.
    • Click CD and watch the video

Look at distiller tank on left table
  • Use flask of water with top of tank
  • Press red button
  • Click valve on tube
  • Pick up distilled water

  • Use pesticide with funnel – get pesticide (tank)
  • Use distilled water with hook above bunsen burner flame
Exit all the way back to Greenhouse Entryway, then Ornament Fountain, then Upstairs

Look at the scans you just put up, then check to make sure they've been drawn in your journal – there should be four total
Exit back to Admin Lobby, then Fountain, then Shack and Dumpster, then Large Gate, then Greenhouse

Click on back area
  • Put the mask together
  • Pick up mask
Exit into Greenhouse Entryway, then Ornament Fountain, then Drawing Area, then Statute

Statue
Use medallion in slot
Use mask on face
The solution for this is drawn in your journal – match the mask face to the drawing to figure out which drawing you need to look at, then match the drawing. Thankfully, the limb parts (three parts to each arm) lock into place when they're correctly placed – however, they lock in place in order only, so set the shoulder part first, then the arm part, then the hand.You'll need to do this four times.
Trophies (18/29 and 19/29) - Survivor III and Boss II
Pick up chemical ingredient 1
Go to Block B, then Lobby, then Upstairs, then forward a few screens to the Hallway Gate

Click white cloth on left
Pick up packet of poison (“chemical ingredient 2”)
Go to the Lab

Lab
If you have yet to unlock trophy (20/29) - Hooked?, wait for it to unlock – you need to be in the game for 3 hours in one sitting. Don't minimize the game and don't go into the steam overlay.

Look at right table
Use chemical ingredient 1 and chemical ingredient 2 with test tube
Use holly berry with test tube
Pick up test tube (cutscene)
Keep going forward

DO NOT skip the credits!

Trophies (21-28/29) - Don't listen to dolls IV, Don't listen to dolls V, Hacker, An exclusive club, Goblinz spotting, Patience is a virtue II, Patience is a virtue III and Followed the breadcrumbs - when you're back on the main menu

For the hooked achievement, use Cheat Engine, set speedhack to 10000 (less if your cpu is slow), play for 3seconds and it will pop.

Unfortunately, it’s difficult to give any advice here. What about the records? There, somewhere at the beginning of the third chapter, a trophy should appear.
Also in this game, trophies may not fall immediately, but after exiting it, so even after viewing all the entries you need to try to re-enter.

There is a suspicion that the developers made mistakes in the description of some trophies. I also got a trophy for all the trophies, even though I didn’t get all of them. I replayed the game three times because some items are easy to miss even if you follow the walkthrough instructions (inattention and/or distractions).
Perhaps this is some kind of bug in the game, because of which you will have to replay the game for the sake of the trophy.

I did not get Investigate the Investigator - even though I listened to all the tapes, nor did I get
the one for looking at all the facts.
Is there another tape after you pick up the night vision goggles where he says he's going to die? I still don't know what happened to him. Shouldn't I have found his body somewhere?

However I did get "the boss" trophy which says you got all the achievements. So weird.

The only thing that can happen is a bug in which Steam may not immediately show the trophy, for this it is best to try restarting the game. I got this trophy on the 3rd attempt, but it should fall during the game, and not at the end of it.

The game does not need to be completed completely, for this trophy you need to be in the game (preferably not in the menu) for more than 3 hours of real time. You cannot minimize the game, as the trophy does not count down when the game is minimized.

Do you have to beat the game to get Hooked? It's the only achievement that I don't have, and I'm not sure if I have to play through the entire game to get it to pop.
