Adds adrenaline effects to Barotrauma.

Adrenaline Rush:
* Gives increasing bonuses to max health, melee, and movement speed.
* Converts into "Adrenaline High" at max strength.

Adrenaline High:
* Gives flat bonuses to max health, melee, and movement speed.
* Blocks "Adrenaline Rush" from increasing.
* Converts into "Adrenaline Crash" at min strength.

Adrenaline Crash:
* Gives increasing debuffs to health and movement speed, and periodically afflicts Nausea.
* Blocks "Adrenaline Rush" and "Adrenaline High" from increasing.
* Removes itself at max strength.

Reworks to various items:
* Adrenaline, Combat Stimulant, and Anabolic Steroids now afflict "Adrenaline Rush" after being injected.
* Methamphetamine and Hyperzine now afflict "Adrenaline High" directly after being injected.
* Combat Stimulant now requires two Adrenaline to craft.
