I updated the rulebook PDF in the mod to the latest (still not final) draft, which includes this change. Thanks for pointing it out!

Yes, those numbers are intentionally removed. The starting money rule is "$20m, minus the combined die values of your two starting locations." (this was always the rule, but the cards just dd the math for you when there was only one board. Now that there are 5 different boards, there is no longer a 1:1 mapping between, say, F9 and a starting die value of 3.

Hey there, the new property cards don't have any $ values on them, is that intentional? I'm referring to the older cards for setup starting money in the mean time.

I've just added the draft Con Jobs cards and How to Play short document. This expansion is optional, and not recommended for your first game of Lords of Vegas.

Right now, this is very similar to the Up+Underworld mod, which is based on the excellent work of Boris (which, thanks again!). It includes the revised rulebook, and as new elements are released, I'll update the mod to reflect the additions.

Lords of Vegas is on Kickstarter now, crowdfunding for a new printing of the refreshed base set (with support for 2-6 players included), alongside a new expansion, Americana.
