延长游戏时间 Modify game end time

Description
孩子不懂事，随便做着玩的原版游戏时间延长，把理论游戏结束时间改成了公元9999年，理论上可以玩到不想玩为止。有需求的小伙伴可以订阅一下
什么问题可以评论区和我说一下，友情提醒1936年之后继续游戏似乎无法解锁成就

This mod only modifies the game end time
Change the end time of the game to 9999

@烤薯条 还是有不少的，我之前看贴吧不少人说可以通过进入观察者模式后切换国家继续游戏，不过我正好刚打完一个铁人档发现铁人档似乎不能这么操作所以整了一下
