Ok, how do I Stop moving?

ok im not kidding this didnt work, im pressing wasd and im not moving, its like my keyboard stopped working, i have asked for help but everybody thinks im kidding. this is a serious issue as i cant even press esc to exit the game. any help? this is not a joke im actually having issues here
