Middle Layer Slave Strap

Опис
It moves the slave strap to the middle layer, allowing your slave to wear a shirt and pants, along with their parkas or dusters. Lexxie asked me to upload this, since she didn't want to upload any mods but her main one. It's for those who want the slave straps in a different layer, but don't want to use her compendium of patches.

@N/A It's a patch for 1.4 that changes it to the middle layer.

is this a 1.4 version of this mod ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2603576823 ) or just a 1.4 mod that does the same thing? either way, good to have a 1.4 version of this functionality.
