About

The Great Rework is a project that aims to greatly enhance both the single & multiplayer gameplay experience of Victoria 3 by both: coding important and cool features that we believe improves the game experience, and integrating important mods that improve the game's QoL. All mods that we integrate are rebalanced by us before integration, to make sure the game remains very playable and fun at the same time.

The game indeed became even slower after the "ARoAI removal" patch... Before it, the game turned slow somewhere in the 1860s. And now it's literally 1840s / 1850s.

This runs extremely poorly even at the start of the game. I dread to imagine what a slogfest this mod is past 1870.

The reject back down mod doesnt work properly, the opposing side has backed down twice even though i rejected the first time

I dont know how they did it, but when i absorbed Hesse into germany. They had built 67 publish ind, 18 tooling, 20 luxury furniture,14 arty, 13 art, 9 food, 10 paper mills, 5 observatories and many other buildings in small amounts. No railways, with a population of 1.8M in 1860.. Every building is at 0% staff

@Ejdswimmer, are you by chance using the ultra realistic politics mod? i had your same problem until i removed that mod.

i have my own problem now, i'm not sure if its one of my other mods that affects it, but the publishing mod doesnt work in my game. there's absolutely no demand for any of the new goods. no demand for the banks, or the newspapers. i checked my list of mods and don't really use any that affect the AI apart from anbeeld's mod. everything is just UI related. also the UK has an insanely high chance to join another persons market. i think i had like a +10000 chance to invite thme to my customs union as belgium, and currently they are in the EL SALVADORIAN MARKET!
