There have been a lot of messages I've received regarding your dissatisfaction with the organization of this guide. I am sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy it. This guide is intended for achievement hunting, not for a full walkthrough of the game. It is meant to be used if you miss any collectibles after playing the game.
You can always use CTRL + F to search for specific things in the guide much easier.
There are plenty of video walkthroughs and even very good step-by-step guides here on Steam. Our guide is not intended to help you finish the game, but rather to aid you in obtaining what you are missing and having another perfect game in your collection.
I'll make sure to include this disclaimer at the start of the guide to prevent any future misunderstandings. I apologize and feel sorry that our guide didn't meet your expectations.
Thank you for all your support and good luck in hunting those achievements!

You can get the collectibles later on by sarting the specific chapters.
Herbalist, Ornitologist, Immortal Memories and Explorer can be achieved like this (for Explorer you'll have no ingame menu to check your progress, but it CAN be done by just doing the chapter parts)
As for the others... those are not even multi-chapter achievements. Again, just load up the certain chapters parts, and do them.
And as for Character skills... well, NG+ should make those way easier. One playthrough won't be enough for those.
So just enjoy your first playthrough!
And the Guide is just fine as it is :)
Reading and following the guide in the order things happens (by chapter), is easier and more intuitive.
But it is a very detailed and good guide otherwise!!
