you need to lose health points (hp) in order to die
you can lose hp by doing many things, such as...
falling
being attacked
eating dangourous plants
staving
drinking abad water
not dinking water
exploiding
and many other ways

when losing hp

when you are losing hp you will see the red bar next to the stumuuch go down!!1!!!1!
this means it is working,
if this is going up you should avoid
eating
drinking good watert
taking medicine
this is highly importasnt to losing hp (losing hp is needed for dieing)

why you should die!!!1!!1!!

dieing is highly imporetant to the forest as it is a key part of the game, to add to this it helps with the shock the first few times you die yyou may under go shock in real life!!!1!!!1!!1

the symtums of dieing are often but not limititeed to....
irl death
vomiting
lungs shutdown
brusing orf eyes
loss of nose
and worst of all a small chance to become Fr*nch, i have made this guide to help poeple avoid becomening Fr*nch wherever possible asif that was notr already clear.
