Imperfect Vigour - Fixes 'Perfect Vigour'

Description
The Problem with Perfect Vigour
Currently the 'perfect vigour' attribute is bugged: It prevents the normal accumulation and depletion of fatigue but does not prevent fatigue-inducing effects, leading to perfect vigour units becoming permanently afflicted by the more severe fatigue states in certain battles. You can test this yourself in a skirmish vs the AI: give yourself some skaven plague casters and the AI grail knights and watch how your casting passive can bring them out of the 'Fresh' fatigue state. The developers are aware of this issue.

What Imperfect Vigour does
This mod fixes the problem by giving perfect vigour units a hidden fatigue regeneration passive to ensure they will quickly recover to their optimal fatigue state. This won't prevent your units from starting a battle tired while in marching stance but it will prevent the fatigue from worsening during battle. For abilities that add perfect vigour like Drunken Bravado the fatigue regeneration is visible as part of the ability effect.

Compatibility
Works with the various skills/traits/tech/etc. that can apply perfect vigor during a campaign. Savegame compatible.

This mod might not apply correctly to all perfect vigour units when used alongside mods that add or switch around which units start with perfect vigour or overhauls that modify abilities. It should be compatible with everything else. Compatible with Lily's Bretonnia Overhaul.

Not sure if it's a display issue, but Arbaal's unique weapon isn't showing the vigor restoration effect.

@Echo, I confirmed the bug still exists and this mod is necessary.

Thanks for the lengthy and descriptive response! I have no modding knowledge so this is a nice answer.

In other words, it would take a lot of time to make and might end up just being a buggy mess. I won't say that such a version will never be made, but right now it makes more sense for me to wait and see if CA will fix the vigour bug before I commit to jumping through increasingly elaborate hoops to approximate a fix with a mod.

It definitely makes sense for units with perfect vigour to retain maximum vigour during battles with stance-related fatigue penalties. I don't think mods can bypass the army-wide fatigue penalty directly. It might be possible to add a bunch of hidden conditional abilities that trigger during lower fatigue states to add stat bonuses to effectively nullify the drawbacks of the fatigue states. However, this would involve a lot of work and examination of how edge cases should be handled (e.g. Nakai's "Golden Idols" item, which adds an AoE perfect vigour effect) and introduce a quantity of database changes that would dwarf those already made by the current version of the mod (and require a corresponding increase in testing).

Could you please make a version that allows perfect vigor units to not be tired on march-stance battles?
