Do you hate the tiny 1-3 damage you deal when shooting an NPC arms? Say bye bye to that crap.

Do write in the comments if you feel the damage is a bit higher than it's supposed to be.

The link above is a better version of what I tried to do here, and it matches exactly how HL2 damage scaling would be.
