How to Unlock the Locker Observaroty
Okay, I'll assume you've reached the observatory and found the Keypad on 3rd floor, so
first you need find the constellation notes (Bird, Poison-puffer, Hook, and Raft) at the observatory,

and then go to the third floor, interact with the telescope, use the arrows (<, ^, >, v) on the screen and find the constellations from the notes, count the number of the stars in each constellation. example :

when you're done count all the number of the stars in each constellation, enter the code into the keypad on the locker according to the constellation order (bird, Poison-puffer, Hook, and Raft).
