Description
This mod removes the skill decay over time in a way which won't cause desync when used with the multiplayer mod.

Can't find any mod settings for this in my multiplayer game. It seems like my skills are still decaying, I've double checked its in the load order. Does it need to be higher on the list or am I missing something?

@dward127 Sorry for the delay, this mod shouldn't cause any problems when added to an already created world.
