WX78 Rework Tweak

This mod essentially nerfs WX78, requiring the player to strategize and plan ahead more than SCAN MOLE AND RABBIT FOR INFINITE SPEED AND LIGHT AND AVOID WATER.

So what's it actually do?

First off, all of the circuits have had their durability decreased to where they are destroyed instantaneously if pulled out. This means you either commit to the circuits you insert, or sacrifice the materials used.

Secondly, some of the recipes for circuits have changed as follows:
-The Super-Hardy Circuit requires double the amount of bio-data (4 -> 8).
-The Super-Processing Circuit takes triple the amount of nightmare fuel (1 -> 3).
-The Acceleration Circuit now takes a gear in addition to it's original recipe, as well as double bio data (2 -> 4).
-The Super-Acceleration Circuit now takes a green gem instead of a gear.
-The Illumination Circuit now takes a lesser glow berry and a firefly instead of a single light bulb.
-The Optoelectronic Circuit now takes an Illumination circuit instead of a firefly.
