Description
READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ENABLING THE MOD

Simulate interiors of some vehicles from Filibuster Rhymes' Used Cars!, Autotsar Tuning Atelier - Bus, Autotsar Trailers, Aquatsar Yacht Club and Small Town First Responders.

Each vehicle has 25 fully-customizable independent spaces.

The power is tied to the car battery. Some trailers have no battery of their own, and need to be attached to another vehicle to have power.

Instructions



  • /!\ FOLLOW THIS GUIDE TO ADD THE MOD TO AN EXISTING SAVE. FOR MP FOLLOW PHONEY'S GUIDE IN THE DISCUSSION.

  • Non-standard maps (such as Challenge maps) are not supported.

  • In Multiplayer, the map file "vehicle_interior" needs to be put in top priority.

  • In Multiplayer, Anti cheat Type 2 and 12 might need to be disabled.





Enable the mod "RV Interior (version 1.3.2)". The same mod works in both singleplayer and multiplayer.

Enter a vehicle and open the vehicle radial menu. If the vehicle is of a type that has an interior map, an "Enter" option will appear.

To exit an interior, right click on the ground and select the "Exit" context menu option.

With the Mod Options mod installed, a hotkey can be defined to enter and exit the interior (Options -> Keybindings -> Vehicle)

The safe zombie distance to enter can be configured (or disabled) in the Sandbox options. Players in SP who want to change these mid-game can use the Change Sandbox Options mod.

Recommended Mods

These mods work well with RV Interior to improve your experience.

Mod Options allows a hotkey to be defined to enter and exit the interior (Options -> Keybindings -> Vehicle)
Monkey's Start Scenario - RV Nomad - allows you to take a trait to start the game with an RV somewhere random on the roads.(SP ONLY)
Vehicle Scenes - Spawns additional vehicles in locations appropriate to their type.

On a private server with some friends and two of us entered a bus and now we cannot right click to bring up the menu allowing us to exit the vehicle. We can right click on other things such as items in our inventory but not to bring up the action menu that lets us sleep and exit the vehicle.

I believe there is also supposed to be an option to set a hotkey in order to do this with mod options but the RV interior mod doesn't show up under the mods section in the options menu.

Is this a problem with the mods or with the game in general? And how can I fix it?

All sorts of issues with this on a dedicated server. In particular, it crashes the client.

I made the mistake of saving and leaving while inside of a bus and now it says that the world is 0 and the save is corrupt, is there any way to fix this?
