📕 Content
This mod adds various breaching methods to the game. Also adds interactions for locking/unlocking doors.
  • Door Tiers based on Structure (Basic, Military, Reinforced)
  • Breaching Charges (Popper, Stick, Frame - Bigger charge has a better chance against stronger doors)
  • Breaching with Firearms (Configured to use Slugs from RHS by default)
  • Breaching with Melee (Kicking, Axe, Etc)
  • Lock Picking (Lock Pick Kit, Paperclips)
  • Door Interactions with ACE Menu (Locking/Unlocking)

⚙️ Configuration
Setting
Description
Enable Breaching
Enable/disable door/wall breaching.
Enable ACE Interaction
Enable/disable ACE interaction doors.
Enable ACE Interaction Locking/Unlocking
Enable/disable ACE interaction doors for locking and unlocking.
House Lock Chance
Chance house will be selected to be locked.
Door Lock Chance
Chance door will be selected to be locked.
Lock Blacklist
Array of houses that should not be locked randomly, works with either variable names or classnames.
Enable Wall Physics
Enable/disable physics on destroyed walls.
Wall Physics Velocity
Velocity to launch walls at.
Breaching Ammo
Array containing ammo that should be effective at opening doors, like shotgun shells.
Ammo Multiplier
Breaching effectiveness of non breaching ammo is multiplied by this value.
Military Classnames
Array containing house classnames that should be considered as military doors.
Reinforced Classnames
Array containing house classnames that should be considered as reinforced doors.

✔️ If loaded with Melee, you will be able to breach doors by using melee weapons or kicking.
❌ Likely not compatible with other mods that have similar features.
❌ Not compatible with newer versions of this mod.

From my experience, lock picking has stopped working, but explosives and stuff still work.

Sounds like there are still no fixes after an ACE update for some bugs. Anyone having problems with the Ballistic Breaching part of this or have a fix?

All the explosives seem to no longer function as intended, likely due to ACE update breaking things as per usual.

It appears that something in the new ACE update has broken this, the explosion no longer appears to trigger the function of the door becoming unlocked/blown open.

Is there a known mod conflict?
doesn't seem like locking modded doors work, you can interact with them and lock, and it will say in the interaction that they're locked. but you can still open them.
is there a fix or work around for this?
