Build #1

Pick Diamond + Shotgun (Diamond gets big bonuses when she heals and loses hp)

Focus on getting Reaper Rounds, Fusillade, the fire tree upgrade that lets you heal, and projectile speed upgrades. Speed makes your bullets travel faster, effectively increasing your reach.
If you can get frost tree upgrades, go for them. They are absolutely broken with any weapon.

Build #2

Pick Spark + SMG and max Lightning Tree + Projectiles + Frost tree.
Get the Overload synergy.

Build #3

Really any build that has frost in it. It just solos the game.

spark + smg @ shana worked for me. then add frost & fast reload 👌

Shana + batgun can do darkness 11 without runes. Darkness 12 increases small enemy HP and it gets really tricky to gain XP fast. With runes build facerolls but picking up splinter is essential.

Honestly how Ice is as broken as it is I have no clue, Flat % damage, Max life explosion damage on death and CC. the only skill that isn't great is the icicles. Definitely the best tree in the game. Combine it with Lightning for infinite ammo, and fire for synergy explosions with lightning and it apppears like fire also stacks a lot higher now so it's a great boss killer and you got pretty much all you need to win.

the only other things that really help are piercing depending on the weapon, spread and increased projectiles. by lvl 25 if you get everything you need you essentially win at any level.

Spark + SMG is the most powerful one so far because it starts doing insane damage early on. Later on, Diamond can become stronger. Summon takes a lot of good picks to become really strong.
