Description
Increases the radius of stand and fight

Increases the duration of inspiration
inspiration now has a radius and throws inspiration on the nearest units next to the one on which inspiration was used
reduced first activation time

Sounds awesome. First activation for special abilities should be zero wait time, but reducing it is still cool.
