Easier Confederations & Vassals

Description
Annoyed that your best buddies don't like to confederate you for whatever reason? This mod significantly increases your chances of confederation and vassalage when you're best friends (150+ relations). This should help AI factions confederate each other more too, but it's not guaranteed because AI decision making is different.

This mod can be turned on or off whenever you want, just remember to click the "Enable all saves" checkbox so you are able to load your save with a missing mod.

Confirmed to work in multiplayer by multiple people in the comments, I'm taking their word for it.

This mod does not add or remove any diplomatic options, it just makes confederation and vassalage easier. If you're missing options or see additional ones, it's caused by other mods or because of an incompatibility with another mod.

Adjusted values:
Baseline value at 150+ relations ("Trusted Friends") is set to 0
Baseline value at 50-149 relations ("Very Friendly") is set to -50
Penalty to confederation if the target faction captured territory within the last 7 turns is set from -30 to 0 (thanks, dfnamehere!)
If you are the main threat of the target or have a common main threat, you get a +10 bonus to the deal.

Known issues:
Incompatible with mods that affect the same lines in the following two tables:
cai_personality_deal_evaluation_components, cai_personality_deal_evaluation_deal_component_values

Credit to Reddit user dfnamehere for telling me in this thread about more modifiers, specifically the penalty to confederation if the other faction recently captured territory. That should make confederation a lot more reliable for people.
Check out his post on Reddit for more information about confederations.

@Hubris @VanguardMk1 same thing for me, it used to work very well but now it just doesn't do anything, i tried to fix it with RPFM but i just can't seem to. To me it looks like it should work, but i just don't get any bonuses

Even with no other mods enabled, I do not get ANY bonus to confederation requests. Ive run 5 Different campaigns attempting to use this mod with no effect. Malakith, Ikit, Vlad, Archaon, and Wurzag.
NONE of those campaigns got any kind of boost to confederate requests.

Load order isn't a problem if its the only mod active, so I'm unsure if I'm doing anything wrong, if anything at all... I'm just pretty sure this thing doesn't F'in work.

This mod doesn't add or remove diplomatic options in the diplomacy screen and I'd rather not add that because that would just make this mod more and more incompatible with other stuff. They have a confederation mechanic, so it's not included in this mod. Same for the Greenskins.

Is there a way to get this to work with the new Dwarf confederation mechanic? THAT one in particular is a bit of a headache since the grudges needed to confederate continue to go up faster than I can accumulate.

@Comrade_Commissar

I may be wrong because I don't remember that function in SFO but funny enough someone was having issues with AI acting weird in their game and asked Venris if there was any change in the mod and as of an hour ago of this post he said:

@Trust in Trance: SFO does not edit AI.
