Importing an old save from DEATH STRANDING
By Captain Arni🏆
Importing an old save from the original game without having to launch the old game and transfer saves through the terminal.

the original game is still in your Steam Library list of games as just "Death Stranding" they are not legally allowed to remove it from your account. If you can't find it use the search bar, it may be hidden.

XD same way :steamhappy:
I already deleted the original game and there was no option to download it again

Noticed there is save data import in main menu. Made this transfer easier. But with one caveat. https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/1867313860761681100/332B7B6BA03C4F59BF13BA6901E28E25FE6CA08F/

Thanks for this guide. I don't understand why they don't use original save location from original game. Too much hassle.

ok, I used the official method and got all achievements that I had already unlocked as soon as I loaded the save. As well as giving me access to the golden color hat and sunglasses that I had even on a new save. I still ended up starting the game over in the long run

does this method still award you every achievement that you received on the save ?
