There are some secret levels where you need to "glitch" to get to them, and the way to do that is:
Jump into a 1x1 hole then hold the jump button.

Chapter A

Jump up through these squares.

you dont unlock it WHEN you beat the game, you can use it when ever you want, but if you never heard of it you probably see it at the end of the level selector if you are curios to go there

For D06.1 you can use the platforms instead of glitching up
