[TTT] Seal SprayCan

Description
The SprayCan with Seal Images! This is an addon for TTT servers that have sprays disabled because people are horrible. Can be used in Pointshop 2 as a givable item and put into a weapon slot for usage in-game.

Equips into slot 9
Replaces the grenade slot

If you click on the highlighted word "SprayCan" that should take you to the sandbox version of the spraycan it self
