Original AI (No Docks and Resign)

This is a modified version of the Original AI. Sometimes referred to as CD AI. It will make no docks, so no ship and will never resign.

This does not replace the existing AI, but adds 1. When setting up a game select "Original AI (No Docks and Resign)" in the drop down menu to play with this AI.

Any suggestions or tips? Please tell me :)
