Roman Laws Simulation

Description
Save game compatible - Latest Patch-update compatible.

A simple mod i made this lazy afternoon...Romans were renowned for their legal system which in some cases is still present nowdays in nearly all countries. At first i tried varius approaches to create a courthouse buiding for Rome but with the current tools that effort was fruitless.
Instead i created this simple mod that adds public order bonus and corruption reduction to the eductional chain (yellow-library like buildings) of Rome faction simulating courthouses existance.

So..
Level 2 educational forum (Libraries) give 1) 5% reduction to corruption factionwide (IMPORTANT!!! this number is NOT absolute but relative.E.g. a corruption value of 5.8% factionwide with one one level 1 building will not reduce the corruption to 0.8 [5.8-5=0.8] but will lead to a drop only to 5.3% [5.8%-5%=5.3].) 2)a public order bonus of 1 and 3)a Praetorian unit as a garrison.(For history lovers yes Praetorians were present even in small numbers even from 6th century B.C.).
Level 3 15% reduction to corruption factionwide and public order bonus of 3 and also a Praetorian unit as a garrison.
Level 4 25% reduction to corruption factionwide and public order bonus of 6 and a Praetorian guard unit as a garrison.
That way combining multiple buildings along with Tech advances Romans can achieve higher corruption levels reduction compaired to all other civilizations.

Probably compatible with every other mod...

P.s. If you find the corruption reduction numbers too low or too high you can post here your remarks but dont hurry to judge because the appeared small reduction at first combined with Tech and multiple buildings can reach high numbers later on in game..The ideal is this mod to keep its historic character and not to turn into a cheat mod..Thanks for all feedback..

Cheers to all..

Is it only with Romans? ( I've never used mods but corruption of 87% with Iceni changed my mind...)

ok this is valid argument..You see i dont play that much and i dont havea picture of late campaigns so i need views like that to better balance values. i will lower the effect. Thanks for the feedback
