Custom Flashlight Texture fix

this is a FIX for downloading flashlight texture replacements, where it almost always takes a material reload command to work, this does that automatically for you on spawn!
that's it. that's litterally all it does.
when you load into a map, it reloads the material to make sure yours loads in.
that's it!

now you can one-click download flashlight replacers from the workshop and they'll just work, like in l4d2

please don't be dumb
those work fine if you know how to use the workshop properly

if your custom flashlight is still not working after downloading this, and restarting your game,
MAKE SURE YOU DON'T HAVE ANY PIRATED CONTENT OR LEGACY FLASHLIGHT MODS.

i made this because i keep seeing people make really quality flashlight mods only to get bombarded with "doesn't work xD" and them getting upset and not knowing why, wanting to stop modding altogether in some cases, which i felt because my first mods were reskins too
so here you go, remember to thank people for their work put in and support people who make mods
