3D scan of a snowy town

This scan is reconstructed from videos taken by a helmet-held 360 camera (Garmin Virb 360) and by walking about 670 meters in a snowy town (Laschamps in France). It has 697k triangles and 12 4k textures. It is computed by photogrammetry methods that i design, implement and experiment, without manual clean up (see the "true" result).

The series of small gray cones show poses of the 360 camera, which are selected by/for the computations.The scan is best viewed by navigating at the neighborhood of these cones.
