Key strategic elements to consider when playing Disruptor:

Make use of Thunder Strike`s movement speed slow and vision over opponent to follow up with few right clicks.
Whenever you see or expect an opponent to teleport in, be ready to Glimpse him back.
While you have the Thunderstorm facet, Kinetic Field provides vision in the middle of it. You can use it to scout pillars for wards or Roshan pit.
Glimpse instantly destroys basic illusions.
Pick up Aghanim`s Shard later in the game to push out side lanes safely by ground targeting Thunder Strike when an enemy creep wave is approaching.
