I rated Thick-Skinned as average as I think it has some value to new players who are still learning the game, however that doesn't mean I personally think it's worth the points, it's just situationally not-awful.
Graceful is a good trait in my opinion but you don't really *need* what it gives so that's why I rated it average, not a bad trait, just not great either.

Thick Skinned and Graceful are two perks I never personally use, as usually you can get away with reallocating points elsewhere on the former, and the latter tends to be super situational for only a handful of builds. Inversely, I'm surprised that Eagle Eyed was so low on the list, considering it seems to be a great benefit in multiplayer and during harsh weather effects like fog.
I highly doubt it affects the durability of your weapons in any way.
