Signalling & Improvements for map Minsk 1984 by MSS Project

Notice: Addon will work correctly only after any signalling *.txt files for Minsk map in folder data/metrostroi_data will be deleted on serverside
P.S. signalling type remains same as original - 1/5.

Change list:
1. Rework of routes in depot:

• all routes are now opened with a single chat command (e.g. d6-e1)
  
• new routes for maneuvering in depot towards E1M (d#-e1) and backwards (m4-d#), including route to washing site (m4-moika)
  
• new routes for maneuvering towards E2M (d#-e2) and backwards (m2-d# и m2-moika)
  
• new routes for maneuvering towards 31 deadlock (d#-k31) and backwards (m10-d#)
  
• new routes from washing site towards 31 deadlock (moika-k31) and backwards (m10-moika)
  
• each signal now controls switches between itself and next signal
  
• routes to exit depot (depot1) and routes to enter depot (v2-x2)
  
• added M22 and H2 signals
  
• E1M/E2M are now included in routes depot1/depot2 and controll track occupation of deadlocks on station
  
• all ALS boxes are set to automatic mode
  
• all traficlights in depot are set to manual mode and equipped with invation signal (excluding D1-D22)

2. Fixed switches positions: upon signalling init all switches change state to "main"

3. Rework of signalling tracks on the line and on the ending stations

4. Fixed traficlight positions: all ##M signals now stand before М#, not after M#

5. Fixed ALS boxes and routes on ending stations

6. Fixed ALS frequencies on the line: they now correspond to the "real-life scheme" of ALS-ARS signalling

7. Added a script creating feeder data file in folder data/metrostroi_data
Notice: The feeder data file contains info about voltage and current limits per each feeder. The file is once generated automatically if it doesn't exist. Admins can edit and save this file if they want to set permanent non-default values

8. Added new last station textures for 81-717, 81-720 и Е/Еzh/Еzh3

9. Implemented "Emerg" routes on the mainline (beta for now, leave your feedback and bugreports)

KNOWN ISSUES:
1. Some switches do not correctly respond to state change commands from signals due to some bugs with signals that have their own code

FUTURE PLANS:
1. Implement correctly-working route signal "П" on ending stations
