Simple Megaphone [SWEP]

Its time for riots to get a bit... noisy. Make your voice heard with this brand new microphone, never to be seen before!

Features:
-Transmitts voice over long distances (not tested due me not using RP)
-ULX gag supported

-Supports TFA-VOX callouts

Findable under Weapons Tab-->Other-->Megaphone

RightMouseHold=Turns on the megaphone

ConVars:
-megaphone_range 1024 | audible voice range for range limited voicechat
-megaphone_mic_range 15 | microphone range from megaphone
-megaphone_mic_amplifier 30 | 10 is a good starting value, 60 is overkill

Bugs:
-TFA-VOX doesn't transmitt sounds in crouch state, unless mic range is larger
-Doesn't work with pistol replacements (MMOD, but you shouldn't use reskins on a server anyway)
